Checks before payment
If you paid another site
Check whether the official portal holds an application under your reference and passport details. Do not submit a second application until you know whether the first one reached the government system.
Contact your bank if the seller hid its service charge or did not provide the promised service. Use the eTA contact details published on immigration.go.ke for application questions 2.
