Official route and fee

The Directorate General of Immigration moved electronic visa applications from its older service to evisa.imigrasi.go.id on 9 January 2024 ¹.

An official immigration fee schedule lists the 30-day Visa on Arrival at IDR500,000 ². The electronic route lets eligible travellers pay before reaching the immigration counter.

How to check the page

• Confirm the address ends in imigrasi.go.id ¹.
• Compare the charge with IDR500,000 for the 30-day VOA ².
• Do not transfer money to a personal bank account. An immigration warning says official payments use government billing ³.
• Keep the e-VOA receipt and use the passport entered in the application ⁴.

What an e-VOA does

The e-VOA receipt says it can be used for tourism, government visits, business meetings, purchasing goods or transit. It is not a work or study permit ⁴.

Approval does not guarantee entry. The immigration officer makes the decision at the port ⁴.

If you paid another site

Check whether a visa exists in the official system. Compare the passport number, purpose and validity before travelling.

If the seller hid its service fee or delivered nothing, contact your card issuer. Report an impersonating government page to Indonesian police or the official immigration office ³.
